Nataliia Tashevtseva

Nataliia Tashevtseva

Nataliia (Natasha) is an information security expert who is currently doing a PhD at UniMelb. Her previous research focused on cryptography, she succeeded in designing an attack on one of the proposed post-quantum electronic signatures. Previously Natasha worked as security expert in
Cyber Security Integration company in Russia.


Fun Fact: Natasha has been a professional figure skater, now doing watercolour painting and studying theory of attachment in her free time (which she doesn't have as raising a 1yo son)

Emma has been a member of the Melbourne University community since 1988, as a student, researcher, and instructor. She is currently working on a PhD, investigating design choices in social media spaces.


Fun Fact: Favorite ever job - the one where a key qualification was ability to play Minecraft

Mark is an industry expert at Accenture in cybersecurity compliance and practice with extensive experience in the Defense and National Security sectors. Mark holds an MEng and BCom from the University of Melbourne.


Fun Fact: I have a scar on the back of my leg from where I was scratched by a leopard.

Since graduating from computing at unimelb, Isaac has taught a variety of topics in a variety of places, including cybersecurity for multiple international NGOs. He’s currently working on a technology ethics research project and an OS-Int tool, as well as a few afternoons of disability support.


Fun Fact: Isaac loves crochet, sewing and macramé!
